Electrosonic offers an integration service to enable you to have the WorldWide Telescope visualization software in your digital planetarium.

Maximizing the tools, functionality, features and performance of today's dome theaters is paramount in assisting the outreach, collaboration and production programs of the global planetarium network. This service is offered to all digital domes, including Fidelity theaters.

From web to desktop to classroom to fulldome planetarium, WorldWide Telescope from Microsoft Research enables you to easily and readily explore the Universe, bringing together imagery from the best ground and space-based telescopes in the world and combining it with 3D navigation.

The WorldWide Telescope is a Web 2.0 visualization software environment that enables your computer to function as a virtual telescope for the exploration of the universe. WWT blends terabytes of images, information, and stories from multiple sources into a seamless, immersive, rich media experience delivered over the internet.

WorldWide Telescope is also capable of loading location and time-based data into the WorldWide Telescope visualization environment. Such data, for example, can include latitude, longitude, magnitude, and depth for earthquakes.

Microsoft Research has released WorldWide Telescope as a resource to the astronomy and education communities with the hope that it will inspire and empower people to explore and understand the universe.
